Psalm 20

May the lord answer you when you are in distress; may the name of God of Jacob protect you. May he send you help from the sanctuary and grant you support from Zion. May he remember all your sacrifices and accept your burnt offerings. May he give you the desire of your heart and make all your plans succeed. We will shout for joy when you are victorious and will lift our banners in the name of our God. May the Lord grant all your requests. Now I know that the Lord saves his annointed; he answers him from his holy heaven with the saving power of his right hand. Some trust in chariots and some in horses, but we trust in the name of the Lord our God! They are brought to their knees and fall, but we rise up and stand firm. O Lord, save the King! Answer us when we call!
Psalm 20
I was reading this chapter before going to bed tonight and just fell in love with it! God is faithful and just and he has given me the desires of my heart!

Kress, that is beautiful. I love what you said about the Lord giving you the desires of your heart! it's funny, I had always thought of the desires of my heart being something in the future that I hoped the Lord would give, but when I look around,I see that His mercies have already fallen like the rain, and it makes me want to delight in Him for all the desires He has already satisfied. Thanks for the reminder dearest! You are a beautiful example. Love ya!

Yes, there are desires of my heart that are in the future but; I have already been so blessed in many areas of my life!
