Spontaneous lunch al fresco!
Have you ever been at the close of making a meal when your family suddenly exclaims that they want to eat outside? Hmmm....So you grab the trays and pile them with dishes of food and a table cloth. The next minute you're outside enjoying the cool breeze of a lovely summers afternoon thinking "Why didn't we think of this sooner?"

Yes, it happens all the time with us. Especially since my parents got a new back porch set.
ahh yes...we do eat outside often and isn't it jolly? Lately it has been too warm for such things but with the big storm yesterday, everything has cooled off.
We like to eat out on our deck too in the summer. It's very handy to our kitchen, so it isn't much work to do.

I loved having lunch on your deck. It was so much fun and you are such an organized hostess. We may not be as efficient but we love having a good time too. I think we used our patio setting 2-3 times per day the past month. It has been such a relaxing experience-we have a clear stream running through our backyard and lots of wildlife (even bears:). I look forward to enjoying it with your boys in a week or so when you all visit us.
Our deck is so big we can have real good time-have the boys bring their instruments and we will have a real Sing-A-Long! That will keep the mountain lions and bears at bay!!
