Lucky you! Why today it was sunny and 106 degrees here! Our air conditioner has run non-stop all day and I had to drive around Twin Falls in my air-conditioned car with a window that won't roll down. They aren't expecting rain here for days, maybe even weeks. I remeber many times in recent years where we never received a drop of rain through the months of July and August and every day reaches nearly 100 or more.

sorry. Our upstairs air is not working either due to the hurricanes zapping our power out. How can it be 106? It's only in the upper 80's amd lower 90's here.

Beats me! With all of the storm systems moving through your area it must be cooler than the sunny west. We are sitting under a high pressure system that is bringing in scorching temps. Like we've told you before, Idaho is now in its 7th year of drought and with less rain and higher temps we're really in a world of hurt since farmers here depend on river water that runs from the mountains. With less rain and snow, less water and worse crops. Today 100 degrees is expected so we'll just get ready for it.
